Before you start
- A Samsung or LG smart TV connected to the internet
- An Xtream Plan login (server URL + password) — get a free trial if you don't have one
- Your phone, to send us details on WhatsApp
Step 1 — Install an IPTV player from the TV store
- Press Home on your remote and open Apps (Samsung) or the LG Content Store (LG).
- Search for an Xtream-compatible player such as IBO Player. Not sure which one works on your TV? Tell us your model and we'll recommend one.
- Install and open the app.
Good to know: Available players vary by TV model, year and country. Many TV players offer a free trial and then charge a small one-time activation fee, paid to the app developer — not to us.
Step 2 — Note your device details
- When the player opens, it shows a MAC address and often a device key on screen.
- Take a photo of that screen with your phone.
Step 3 — Add your playlist
Use whichever option your player offers:
- Send it to us (easiest): message us the photo on WhatsApp and we'll add your playlist for you.
- Upload it yourself: visit the player's website shown in the app, enter your MAC address and device key, then add your server URL and password.
- Log in directly: if the app has a login screen, choose Xtream Codes and enter the server URL and password (any name as username).
Step 4 — Restart the app and watch
Close the player completely and open it again. Your channels, movies and series will load — the first load can take a minute.
Tips for smooth streaming
- Connect the TV with an Ethernet cable if you can — TV Wi-Fi chips are often weaker than a Firestick's.
- Older or slower TV? A Firestick or Android box plugged into HDMI usually gives a faster, smoother experience. See the Firestick guide.
Troubleshooting
I can't find any IPTV player in my TV's store
Some regions and older models have few options. Send us your exact TV model, or use a Firestick or Android box instead.
The app says "playlist not found" or shows no channels
Check the MAC address matches the one on screen exactly, then restart the app. If you added the details yourself, check the server URL and password for typos.
The player asks for payment
That is the app developer's activation fee, separate from your IPTV Primeus subscription. Ask us before paying — we can suggest an alternative.
