Frequently asked questions
Plans & devices
What's the difference between App Plan and Xtream Plan?
App Plan uses our dedicated application on compatible Android devices. Xtream Plan uses a compatible third-party player that you install. Channels and library are the same. Compare plans.
Which plan for iPhone, iPad, Smart TV or Windows?
Xtream Plan — first confirm a compatible player is available on your exact device. Player availability, features and fees vary.
Is the third-party player included?
No. The Xtream Plan and the player are separate; some players have their own licence fee and terms.
Can I watch on several screens at once?
No. One account works on one device at a time. You can switch devices, but not stream on two simultaneously.
Is there a monthly plan?
No. Plans are paid once for 1 year. There is no monthly billing.
Trial & delivery
Is there a free trial?
Yes, both plans offer a 3-day trial. Test on the same device and network you'll use after buying. Request a trial.
How long does delivery take?
After successful payment, your access details are emailed automatically, normally within 5 minutes.
I didn't receive my email
Check Inbox, Spam, Junk and Promotions, and confirm the checkout email was correct. Still missing? Contact us with your order number — don't place a second order.
What's in the delivery email?
App Plan: an activation code for the app. Xtream Plan: the server URL, password and setup instructions. If your player asks for a username, you can enter any name.
Streaming
What internet speed do I need?
We recommend at least 15 Mbps for FHD and 25 Mbps or more for 4K. A wired connection gives the best stability.
Why is my stream buffering?
Restart your device and router and try a wired or 5 GHz connection. Quality also depends on the channel source. Contact us if it continues.
Payment & refunds
Which payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Pay Later.
Can I get a refund?
Within 30 days of purchase, if the account has not been activated or used. Activated accounts are normally non-refundable. Read the refund policy.
