Refund Policy

We provide digital subscription services. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.

1. 30-day refund eligibility

You may request a refund within 30 calendar days of purchase only if the subscription account has not been activated or used. We offer a free 3-day trial so you can test the service first.

2. Activated accounts

Once an account has been activated or used, the digital subscription is normally non-refundable, because the access credentials and service cannot be returned.

3. Non-delivery or technical problems

If you do not receive your order, check your spam or junk folder and confirm that the checkout email is correct. For delivery or technical problems, contact etv8k2026@gmail.com and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resend, replace or correct the access. If we cannot provide working access, any rights required by applicable law remain available.

4. How to request a refund

Email etv8k2026@gmail.com with the subject "Refund Request" and include your order number, purchase email and reason. Do not send or publish account credentials.

5. Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We normally submit an approved refund within 5 business days; your bank or payment provider may need additional time.

6. No automatic renewal

Plans are a one-time payment for 1 year and are not charged again automatically.
